Privacy Policy for Orehollow

Effective date: 1 October 2026 · App: Orehollow (com.orehollow.game)

Orehollow is a free, single-player mining and idle-descent game. You dig deeper, discover ores and biomes, upgrade your gear, and prestige to go further. Your game progress is stored on your device. The game is supported by ads and optional in-app purchases. This policy explains what information is handled, by whom, and the choices you have.

How to delete your data

To delete your Orehollow game data, open Settings, choose Reset Progress, and confirm. This permanently deletes the local save data on that device, including game progress, settings, achievements, discoveries, and locally stored purchase entitlements. Uninstalling Orehollow also removes its local data.

Orehollow has no user accounts and no developer-operated server or database. Google Play purchase records and advertising data processed by Google are not stored by Orehollow; they remain subject to Google’s own retention and deletion policies. Resetting progress does not cancel or refund purchases.

Summary

Information stored on your device

The following is created and kept only on your device and is not sent to us:

Uninstalling Orehollow removes this data from your device.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Orehollow displays interstitial ads between some runs and offers optional rewarded ads (which you choose to watch in exchange for in-game bonuses, such as extra offline earnings or free gems). Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To serve, cap, and measure ads — and, where permitted, to personalize them — Google and its advertising partners may collect and process data such as:

This data is collected by Google as an independent controller/processor for advertising and is shared with Google for that purpose. How Google uses it is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Your choices: Where consent is legally required, Orehollow presents Google’s consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) so you can allow or decline personalized ads before any ad loads. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, at any time in your device’s Settings → Google → Ads.

In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)

Orehollow offers optional purchases: a premium unlock, an ad-removal option, a one-time starter pack, and gem packs. These are processed by Google Play Billing. Google handles the payment; Orehollow only receives whether a purchase succeeded so it can grant the item. We never see or store your card number or other payment details. Google’s handling of payment data is described in Google’s own privacy policy.

Google Play services

The app is distributed through Google Play and uses standard Google Play services for delivery, billing and ads. If a version of the game offers Google Play Games Services features (such as achievements or a “deepest depth” leaderboard), signing in is optional and controlled by you; any data exchanged is governed by Google’s privacy policy. If you do not sign in, achievements are tracked locally on your device.

Device permissions

Orehollow does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, photos, or files.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Aside from the advertising data collected by Google AdMob (for advertising) and the purchase confirmation handled by Google Play Billing, Orehollow does not share your information with third parties. Orehollow contains no separate analytics or crash-reporting service operated by us.

Data retention and deletion

Your game data lives on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or use the in-game Reset progress option. Advertising identifiers are controlled by you through your device settings as described above. For data processed by Google, see Google’s privacy policy for its retention and deletion practices.

Children’s privacy

Orehollow is not directed to children and is not intended for use by children under the age required by your local law (for example, under 13 in the United States). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the game shows ads, it should not be provided to children.

Security

Your game data resides on your device and is protected by your device’s own security. Purchases and ad delivery use Google’s secure services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
